Random Space is a strategy and survival game where you play an astronaut stranded on an unknown planet. Your task is to build a spaceship that can get you back to earth. But first and foremost, you need to worry about surviving long enough to make that happen. To do it, you need to sleep, eat, breath, learn, and gather resources, among other things.
The ultimate goal in Random Space is to design and build a spaceship, and then visit the five planets closest to you in order to triangulate the earth's location. That said, you also need complete other tasks. For example, you need to get food and oxygen, which are absolutely necessary for survival.
Almost as important as oxygen and food is building robots. You can assign different tasks to your bots and they can help you collect resources. In the end, you'll need lots and lots of resources to build everything you need.
Random Space is an original and fun survival RTS. While it may seem sort of complicated at first, it's actually pretty accessible. An outstanding game with an appropriate learning curve.
